Easy, step-free living on the ground floor, just a short walk from Treasure Island's beach. Inside are a queen bedroom, a walk-in shower, and a fully stocked kitchen. A queen sleeper sofa brings it to four guests. The coffee bar is ready for slow mornings, and Caddy's and Ka'Tiki beach bar are a quick walk away. Park on the large pavers in front of the unit.

  • Parking: park on the large pavers in front of the building/unit. Paid street parking is also available on the streets around the unit. Spaces are tight, so please park carefully; large vehicles won't fit. Don't park on the street unless it's designated paid parking, as the city will ticket.
  • Lost key replacement: $100.
  • The TV is a smart TV; there is no cable.
  • There's no garbage disposal, so please keep food out of the sink.
  • The washer and dryer are very small: nothing larger than bed sheets, please. Empty the dryer lint trap (top right, inside the dryer) after each use. For long stays, fill the vent trap on the right side of the dryer with water once a month.
  • AC: split units with several modes, including heat. Please don't set it below 69°F or it will freeze up.
  • Trash: Tuesday is trash (dark blue bin) and Wednesday is recycling (light blue bin). Guests staying longer than a week, please take the bins to the street.
