Why book direct
When you book on our site, there's no guest service fee from a booking site. You deal with the hosts directly, and you stay in the same four units.

Pick your unit
Each unit has a queen bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa and sleeps up to 4.
- Unit 1: ground floor, no stairs, walk-in shower, parking on the front pavers
- Unit 2: ground floor, no stairs, walk-in shower, parking on the front pavers
- Unit 3: upstairs (stairs), glass-enclosed shower, parking on the left side of the building
- Unit 4: upstairs (stairs), parking on the right side of the building

What your stay costs
- Nightly rates from $100 (rates vary by month)
- Cleaning fee: $100 for stays under 7 nights, $150 for 7+ nights
- Pet cleaning fee: $150 per stay if you bring dogs
- Florida sales tax (7%) and Pinellas County tourist tax (6%)
- No guest service fee

How booking works

- Pay securely online.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM ยท Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Payment: 50% due at booking; remaining 50% charged to the card on file 14 days before check-in. Entry details are sent once paid in full.
- Cancellation: Cancel more than 30 days before check-in: full refund. Cancel 14-30 days before check-in: 50% refund. Cancel within 14 days of check-in: no refund. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
- Special requests (e.g., early check-in or late checkout) may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
Pets
Up to 2 dogs, 35 lbs and under each, are allowed, with a $150 pet cleaning fee per stay. Tell us about your dog in your booking request. Requests outside this policy are considered case by case. See our pet-friendly page.
House rules in brief

Parking
There are no parking passes. Each unit has an assigned spot: the front pavers are for Units 1 and 2, the left side of the building is for Unit 3, and the right side is for Unit 4. Spaces are tight, so please park carefully; large vehicles won't fit. Don't park on the street except in marked paid parking, as the city will ticket.

Is there a service fee when I book direct?
No. There's no guest service fee. Your price is the nightly rate, the cleaning fee, any pet cleaning fee, and taxes.
What taxes apply to my stay?
Florida sales tax (7%) and Pinellas County tourist tax (6%). The booking page shows the exact amounts for your dates.
What is the cleaning fee?
$100 for stays under 7 nights and $150 for stays of 7 nights or more.
